Who We Are

Harlem East Life Plan’s (HELP) highly trained multi-disciplinary team of medical, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and psychiatric professionals work with individuals to design a strength-based plan of treatment and wellness. HELP’s dedicated staff meets individuals where they are in their journey to wellness, effectively incorporating evidence-based practices to guide and support their path to holistic health.
